Our in-house architects creates/works on your architectural plans, filling in the space & conceptual designs, construction plans, project drawings all optimized for success in your residential/commercial renovations.
3. Permits
Our many years of experience has helped us build great relationships with the authorities. We sort out all your permit concerns: building, electrical, plumbing & mechanical permits and get them for you with no hassle.
2. Engineering
Our engineers plan and produce documents & drawings for installations of technical solutions. We also perform structural and value engineering assessments and assess readiness of site for project to be carried out.
4. Construction
At PBCD Inc. we stay with you from idea to execution. You don’t worry about having to let contractors bid. We build your custom solution at a workable budget and within the timeframe you planned for your project.
